Payment
There are two possible forms of payment through this site:
1. Credit / Debit Card
2. PayPal
If you are unable to pay using either of these methods then it may be possible to arrange alternative payment (cheque, postal order, bank transfer etc), please get in contact for details.
Please note if you wish to have items sent to an address other than your Credit/Debit card billing address or your confirmed Paypal address, then you will be required to provide ID. This is only required once and the requirement is waived if you are a previous customer.
Postage
Orders are shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment (usually the same day if the order is placed before 1500 GMT).
Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class (usually arrives in 1-2 days). It may be possible to arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) as an alternative to the normal service if you require. Please see p&p costs in the table below.

Europe - Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden
R.O.W - Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States
If you are able to pay by a secure method (bank transfer, western union, confirmed paypal) or are a previous customer please get in contact to make an order.
Returns
All orders are checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the rare event of you
receiving the incorrect item, it will be replaced and any additional postage
costs will be refunded to you.
Returns will only be accepted up to 7 days after receipt of goods.
